[In one of the many gardens sits a Kanda, and in his lap is a wriggly black kitten that wants to plaaaaay and get into things. Kanda eventually lets him go, but he just settles for watching the kitten play instead of playing with it. His mind's most likely on something else

[Watching from a safe distance away, his clothes tattered and there might be some blood stains here and there. But, he's not going to do anything to announce his presence to Kanda. Just content to watch him.]

[Then Tyki might notice that Kanda never once speaks, let alone make any kind of sound. He's occupied with his kitten, at least, until the kitty wants to go off and get dirty again, leaving Kanda to just watch.

That is, until he feels someone watching him, then he's just looking around to see if he's alone or not.]

[He'll catch sight of Tyki leaning against a tree. And once he notices Kanda looking, he shifts so that he's out of view.]

[That...was Ki, wasn't it? He just stares at the spot for a moment in mild surprise, glances back at Akira (his kitten), before getting up to go make sure he wasn't seeing things.]

[Hopefully a puppy darting by with a ball in its mouth and a leash trailing after it won't startle Kanda and Akira too much.]

Monty! No! [Dirty Lavi following after. Sob. They've already been in mud today.]

[It won't startle Kanda much, but it will with poor Akira. H-Holding his kitten and glancing over.]

Lavi finally catches up with the puppy and tackles him playfully, laughing.]

Caught you. [Though he does take care to put his arm through the end of the leash this time, the loop letting it go up to his elbow. It's then that Lavi looks up at Kanda and a startled/scared look briefly hits him. Sl-slowly inclining his head, hi.]

[It won't be long. At least until after Kanda lets Akira go to play again, then he'll start to look around.

Excuse him for staring, he's never run into another version of himself.]
