[A muggy, humid dusk has fallen over this courtyard; it's the kind of humidity that makes the clothes stick to your skin and your hair cling to your neck. [Miranda often enjoyed walking in the rain. There was something about it that she just adored. When she noticed Kanda she strolled on up to her, bringing her umbrella down once she was under cover.]

Have you tried going for a short walk before you sleep? As I said before it would be like rocking the child and would sooth it.

If not then maybe its because you're too tense, or you're expecting it to happen and subconsciously stressing out about.
