Well, there was a slight snag in Puck's plan of sneakiness.

Namely: There'd been a guard on duty. Puck doesn't approve of the guards on the best of days; they create absolutely the wrong sort of atmosphere. Parker's snort is muffled. His southern is in the lax, lazy words, the drawl, "Not so much."
