Erh, I didn't realize the pictures I took would be so large. I have my camera set on the largest file size on default because I mostly use it for Etsy shop pictures and that tends to make a crisper picture. So...if I kill someone's internet with these then I am sorry

The Beauty and the Beast earrings are stunning! And I do mean that because I actually gasped when I saw them. They look so pretty held up to the light. I'm really impressed with the handmade boxes, too. When I went through and just looked at the pictures first time around I totally thought you had bought them.

Thank ya, I was pretty happy with how they turned out though they're definitely prettier when there's light shining through them. Light is a bit of a rare commodity in Oregon at this time... I'm not sure how it is in Pennsylvania where they are now.

I love the rose earrings too! Those came out so great. The smiley ones are good too and remind me of sixth grade when I seem to remember that kind of thing being popular. :) And I love the boxes . . . if I ever get my etsy going I'd like to make something like those boxes. I thought of doing origami ones to go with the origami earrings, but yours look really good. Though now I'm having an airhead moment . . . technically would yours be considered origami? I mean, I presume you did fold them . . .

I had to try it three times before I got them right (one ended up having the holes punched wonky because I had to use a three hole punch until I bought a single hole punch and the second go bled from the sealant I used). In between those trys though I adjusted the colors, they were darker before. I want to add faux stained glass jewelry to my shop but I don't know when I'll sit down and make stained glass designs (I don't want to use the Beauty and the Beast ones on account of copyrights). They're a lot faster to make than bracelets.

The boxes are folded but they require four slits so I'm not sure that they would count as origami. The video I linked to shows how they're made, I made a template for cutting out with little dots of where to fold so I wouldn't have to make the first two creases.
