the fact that Drumpf was warned almost 3 months ago and ignored all of it should make everyone - especially those on the right of the political spectrum, given the cost to the economy this will cause since that's their primary concern - furious

Totally agree! One presumes this aptly-named review -- "postmortem" surely IS calling a spade a spade -- will crank up in time for the November election. Trump MUST be held to account for all the deaths and other damage HE has caused!

Totally agree! You're an Ozzie, and I appreciated your posts on the lock-downs there and the emerging situation -- it's feared that the southern hemisphere may be badly affected in your oncoming winter. I sincerely hope not.

I would have thought that Trump would have kept up, with what had happened in Europe, rolled up his sleeves and led from the front in this flu epidemic and thrown a lot of paper money around to beat it or at least to make people feel as if he was doing something right...if only on a selfish front for the coming elections in November, Lets hope America does indeed beat the shit out of him come November from your comment on Miss V's blog this morning. In the meantime take good care of yourself. Oh and just a quickie which you might have heard or not, i am sure it was a few seconds on the BBC..so i heard..the President in the Philippines has ordered the police to shoot to kill if people do not obey his rules over this flu.

No, dear Bi, hadn't heard that one about Duterte (or however the damned Trump look-alike spells it!). He DOES love police killing as a standard punishment.
