I saw this and thought some of you may be interested? These things are very tasty and a typical food of the Southwest.

Thanks so much for posting this - not being Swabian myself but studying in Tübingen, I tried to explain to a Japanese friend how to make Maultaschen via email a couple of days ago, though I've never ever made them myself. Now I'll just send her this video, and it'll hopefully help her understand my weird tries at translating a Maultaschen recipe to Japanese a little better ;)

one of my favorite foods ever is the veggie broth version of maultaschen.
haven't had them in ages, time to do some german cooking. :]

Totally. All the super traditional things weren't what we usually made at home. Especially not southern.
