I'm aware. Makes it rather futile, I think, to do much of anything. Even if the Earl were here, no Akuma could be created. There's no Order here to eliminate. As far as I'm concerned...
[pockets his journal, lacing his fingers behind his head and staring up at the sky with a small smile.]
[that brings him up short. he stills, before slowly letting his arms drop. and for a long, long moment, he considers Allen in silence. slowly, without a word, he digs through his pockets, pulling out a cigarette and a ratty book of matches. he takes his time lighting it, replacing the book back in his pocket before taking a long, slow drag.
he's considering it. seriously considering it.
... for a moment. but when he speaks, his voice is quiet and low. somber. almost regretful. keyword being almost.]
he loses his cigarette. it goes flying to land on the ground a few feet away. Tyki, for his part, doesn't move. however, his entire body is suddenly tense.

[ Allen's shaking. It's not fear, or sorrow-he's furious. To be fair, it's not entirely Tyki's fault and he may not have deserved that entirely, but this is the last straw on the back of a camel that's been breaking down very slowly over time.
Also, he is not sorry about the cigarette. ]
