Ehehheh. FANDOM. I have spent the slothful parts of last night and today watching Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro and enjoying the sadistic weirdness of it. I haven't gotten into a new series in a while, so this is kind of fun

I can try making some icons, but can you pick some pictures for bases or tell me what you want? ^^; Otherwise I'll randomly make something I love and not want to share it. --
Yeah, i'll take the theme song. It's rather enjoyable. I am tempted to look for the single here. --; How do you want to send the files, btw?
Unfortunately, Geneon is no longer with us per say - so that there will be no more Hellsing oVA in the states until one of the other companies decides to take the license. I got the lovely Japanese DVD ;)
Ultimate Hellsing???? MUST WATCH! I didn't know about it.
I like to think that my Japanese accent is good but if anything it's from watching countless hours of anime..... I can speak conversational Japanese but whenever the conversation veers to a tangent I'll find myself unable to express what I want to say without using a dictionary. Frustrating!
I only have milk here.... going to the store today.
Never seen Juno but people keep saying how much they loved it back home. I didn't really get thrilled by The Golden Compass like the book... it all felt too rushed and a lot was changed. I'd still love to see Sweeny Todd though!
Sweeney Todd was indeed spectacular. But I suggest familiarizing yourself with the story first, in case you're not aware it's a total bloodbath. ^^;;; I figure most people do going in, but I don't think my Japanese co-audience knew what they were in for.
Yes, they re-made the Hellsing anime because the original veered so far from the manga and left out a lot of super-popular people (and the entire Millenium storyline). The animation is absolutely beautiful, and they kept--I think--all the same voice actors, which makes me happy. I saw a preview reel of the new series a couple of years ago at Otakon and all the fans were just so thrilled that they were giving Hellsing the anime it deserves. >D
I've had a lot of crappy movie experiences lately but Juno was not one of them. I adored it. Actually, I went with Bryon, Danielle and Jesse and ALL of us really, really liked it.
Sara and I were going to go see The Other Boleyn Girl on Saturday but it is not playing at the mall (so far). It's not in Ithaca yet either, so maybe it just hasn't had a full release yet.
