* Finished my first book of the year: Motherless Brooklyn by Jonathan Lethem. It was great! A hard-boiled detective story with orphans, dames, stake-outs and Zen Buddhist priests... and the main character has Tourette's syndrome.

1. Construct a ton of solar panels and concentrated solar power (CSP) plants in the south-west

On pen and inks
What pen and what ink I use has become gradually more important to me over the years.
I very clearly remember preferring a No. 2 pencil to ink in Mrs. Compton's 3rd grade class. By high school my idea had changed. Rather than the advantage of erasability, I preferred ink that would not smudge over time on my paper. For a couple years I entertained ( Read more... ) -
