ok so yes.... im not happy. a couple of days ago i got into an accident coming home from work. now those of you who know how i drive (michelle) are going to figure that i was speeding and on someones ass when it happened--but on the contrary, that wasnt the case at all

hey its been a while. sry about the accident. but.
im taking pre law courses. and what i can help you out with:
if something was wrong with the brakes and the people you sent it to checked on it and said everything was fine, when they werent. you can sue for negligence of duty of due care or misrepresentation. course the lady you hit may sue you for negligence. BUT i also dont know exactly what else she may have said to you or if she was even driving correctly. so you could also sue her for something. im not a full-pledge lawyer yet, but i'll help out where i can. take care.

:D thank you. i doubt im gonna sue anyone (too much paperwork and time), but who knows. im trying to get a hold of the insurance lady to look at my car and see if there is any damage (which there isnt) to prove i hit her that hard. we'll see what happens
