I've never even watched the show, and I'm still all, aww, Vorenus died? But Pullo will be so sad!

I thought of you during those scenes between Antony and Vorenus -- they were marvelous -- and then, Vorenus washing his body and facing Cleopatra down... it was all just beautiful.

It really was beautiful, wasn't it? Today I thought, ah, it's Sunday! Rome! And then I was sad all over again.

Vorenus is living on a farm now. I did not see him die. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

My husband agrees with you. His ending is that Vorenus lived and he and Pullo open a pizza joint *g*

Totally.

If you don't kill someone ON CAMERA, then give me an ending w/ Pullo lying about one death, I am utterly justified in thinking Vorenus may have lived.

I mean, I know they didn't mean it that way, but they didn't make it 100% the other way, so yes.

Pizza joint works.

And I think Vorena the younger with her death glare sounds like a perfect match for little Mr. son-of-caesar.

I'm right there, too.

I didn't see Vorenus die, so it totally didn't happen. *g*

*flails too* Still speechless!

But I'm firmly in denial about Vorenus.

I'm trying to be in denial, but it's hard. This morning I woke up ready to see another episode. THE ONE WHERE HE LIVES. *sigh*

Maybe this will help: we didn't actually see him die, ergo it didn't happen. Pullo, coming back from his interview with Octavian, says, "He bought it." I choose to believe that he meant both the story about Ceasarion's death AND the story about Vorenus'. And then they retired and took the children off to live in the countryside, where they lived happily ever after.
