By the pool, there is a girl in a wheelchair, two legs in a cast, one arm in a sling.  She is reading a book under a tree, taking in the sun.   The blond and athletic boy her age, (they are both eighteen) who is doing laps in the swimming pool occasionally stops, looks over to her, shouts a "You still okay, Genie?" before she nods from her book and

Warren doesn't usually come by the pool, but maybe he hears Zhane saying Genie's name and he heads that way anyway. He smalls a little bit when he sees Genie and comes up beside her. "Hey."

She looks up from her book, to give him a beaming smile, and puts it on her lap, so that her free hand can touch his arm. "Bonjour Warren."

He shifts his arm under hers to take her hand and give it a light squeeze. "How're you feeling?"

"Alright," she replies with a smile. "Zhane came by and kidnapped me. Are you going to be angry at him?"

She's teasing a little. Maybe she's thinking Warren should get his revenge on Zhane for that scary movie he picked.

Andros was considering going for a swim as well, and he waves when he he sees them there. "Hi Zhane, Genie." He goes over to her first, since he hadn't gotten to see her yet since she was injured. "How're you doing?"

Zhane waves back from the pool, grinning, and when he sees Andros going over to talk to Genie, he goes back to his laps.

Genie smiles at Andros when he comes over, happily. "Andros! It's so good to see you! How have you been?"

She really missed him. He's a really good friend, after all.

"I've been good. I'm sorry that I wasn't around, are you all right?" He'd heard most of the story from Warren but seeing it makes it worse.

She smiles, bravely. "I'm... well, yes, I'm alright." She points at the sling. "Docteur Block said I could get rid of this in two weeks. I'm really looking forward to it..."

Claire's been feeling a bit antisocial lately, but damned if Sylar's appearance isn't keeping her busy. She's been sticking close to Bruce Wayne and leeching weapons off of him (in between pestering him for extra training sessions), and a respite with the other kids might be just what she needs. So here she is, heading toward the pool with a bikini and sunglasses.

"Hey, guys," she says, laying her towel out about equidistant from Genevieve and the pool so she can talk to both of them. Claire flashes Zhane a grin before giving Genie a sympathetic wince. "Are you feeling any better?"

Zhane grins back, he's at the other end of the pool, but he might be swimming a bit faster to come back closer to the girls.

"Oh, hello, Claire." Genevieve puts down her book. "It's been a long time." She deliberately avoids answering the question: there is no truly good answer to it, since she has less pain, but she's also tired of being immobilized.

And well. Her legs are itchy. It's annoying.

"Yeah," Claire echoes, leaning back as she settles down. "It really has." Had it really only been two weeks since her-- and she hesitates to think the term-- nemesis showed up? "Want some help with that?"

She gives Zhane a little smile. "Having fun?" she asks, tilting her head.

Zhane arrives with a speedy and energetic crawl and settles his chin on his hands. It takes him a moment to get his breath back. "Hm, you know. I enjoy the workout." He eyes Claire, and adds, "And the view."

Genevieve, on the other hand, reaches for her ruler and starts to slither it between her skin and the cast with her free hand. Itchy is itchy.

She's uncommonly quiet.

Stewie's little pitter-patter feet come towards the pool, squinting at the water as he passes by. "I dare say, the distinct lack of adult supervision in at this hotel constitutes child negligence. Anything could happen to me, and not a soul in sight to rescue me."

He spots the older teenager in the pool doing laps, and and the young woman at the end, sitting in a wheelchair holding a book. He shuffles up to her and his small, distinct British accent speaks, "Except for you, I suppose, but I don't see that wheelchair being waterproof."

Genevieve's initial reaction to the voice (it sounds adult, after all,) is to look up, blink, then, look down.... and be most surprised.

"Well, hello, there," she says, sweetly.

"Hello," Stewie says, extending a tiny hand. "My name is Stewart Griffin, evil genius extraodinaire and matricidal infant." He pauses and seems to look at her a second time. "And who might you be?"

She looks at him, a bit disbelieving, and then laughs, not taking that part seriously. "My name is Genevieve." She tries to offer her good hand to shake, but doesn't manage to read low enough. "It's very nice to meet you, Steward. You are very well-spoken, for an infant," she adds, admiringly.
