"Not distressed, I trust...?" The back archs ever so slightly, and the fins start to come down just a little - the beginnings of a classic attack posture. "Thank you for the welcome."
The Lotus blinks: off-on. It hasn't, if you'll forgive the phrase, the hard-wiring to be instinctively afraid of the shark, but it's wise enough to be impressed and suitably cautious. "Greetings."
He moves easily about so as to better examine the Lotus (curse the evolutionary lack of binocular vision) and, well, smiles. "Interesting. From another world, are you?"
Pelagic sharks do not stay still - they are eternal prowlers. But at the moment the Master Shark's prowling is idle and not particularly far ranging, the closest he gets to stillness.
