Tell me, what do all of you do when your recorders aren't at one of these computers? Mine spends time playing these strange things called video games and writing stories, as well as working a job. Thankfully, she spends most of her time on the Internet, letting me 'come out and play', as the saying goes.

What I'm trying to get at is, wonderful, ( Read more... )

possibly one of the very very few in Les Amis with an actual interest in women.

So I have noticed. Is everyone in your group present here, or are there still some missing?

*thinks* We do have some missing. Let me see. I believe it's Marius, Joly, Lesgles, Feuilly, and Bahorel that are missing. Do correct me if I'm wrong, fellows.

My recorder told me it would be most amusing if Joly showed up. What does that mean?

My secretary works at a home for elderly persons while I plot creative ways to sink ships and scare people with my own. Right now, she ought also be attending to her schooling, although I enjoy distracting her. It is one of my few pleasures, indeed. She also writes in her spare time.

She seems to think all manner of absurd things about me, including that I fancy men and that I know intimately a fellow by the name of Henry Jekyll. I suspect that the intense cold in her part of the world is affecting her brain.

That is an admirable career!

What's the best way you've come up with so far of sinking ships?

She thanks you for for approval.

A nice quick impaling seems to do the cleanest job, but firing on them is the most traditional. Using the spooky green lights adds an excellent dramatic touch.

My typist is an amateur thespian and spends a great deal of time rehearsing or complaining about the characters she's playing (she calls this "her process"). She reads occasionally, and listens to opera.

She says she thinks of me as "an entertaining, wonderfully-written villain," until I threaten to kill her and her family.

My recorder agrees with yours about her opinion of you. Why, I do not know. Horrible puppy-kicker!

My typist attends classes in her spare time and generally annoys the life out of me. Though I suppose I deserve it. *unrepentant grin*

When not lurking aboout here, my typist generally thinks of me as a lovable annoying, cynical drunk who digresses far too much for his own good.

These recorders seem to be adept at annoying us, don't they?

I think you're loveable. Well, there's nothing wrong with digressions. Often, they prove to be quite valuable.

Yes. Mine, because she will not wipe this stupid grin off her face whenever she sees a post by ANY of Les Amis. *shakes head sadly* And she won't stop singing our songs from the musical.

*snickers* You should tell that to Enjolras.

Stupid fangirls.

Which part? The 'digressions can be valuable' part or the fact I think you are loveable part?

I spend a lot of time reading and writing. And there are some lovely woods behind my typist's school. It's really very pretty here. Though the weather lately has prevented me from indulging in much exploration.

Being out in nature is soothing, isn't it?

We shall have to do this together sometime. You? All wet and dripping and... Erm. No, I can't say I can imagine that very... well... in my mind.
