He rides in on a horse that looks like it's seen better days, in worn and bloody gear, and the first words out of his mouth are "Jesus be damned." Turns out these words are addressed to the horse, because he follows it up by leaning along her neck and adding, "Of all the places to bring me, you Satan-bred animal. Where the hell is it?"

The typist is surely forgiven for the understandable slip!

Lovel grins, but does not beam. Knights do not beam. "Alright. Well, you don't need me to show you your way around the stables." He points. "Father's house is over that way, not too far off - maybe a half hour's walk." He indicates another direction. "Dinadan, Peredur and his wife have a farm over that way, from what I hear, maybe a little farther out. There's a couple other people who live out here in the woods, but most of them live back up at the big mansion." He points back the way they came.
