Against her better judgement, Anita did go back into the woods, in Leopard form. In that shape, she can smell the wolves and avoid them easily enough, and she needs to hunt.
Of course, she's not finding anything, and that's highly problematic.
She'll be snarling in general, because when instincts are not satisfied, there is a price to be paid.
The worst part is, she can't go back to the Mansion in this shape. Simply enough, she's afraid of trying to eat people. That would not do.
Someone else is hunting for the wolves. Celegorm has taken his sword and a knife and gone out into the woods - yes, by himself, don't question his Fëanorian logic - to kill some wolf things. They chewed on a Maitimo, and that is just unacceptable.
Not to mention that it's something productive, which, honestly, this particular Elf could use with some direction in his life.
The wolves are very deep in the woods, but they are trackable. Paw prints larger than any wolf's should be, deep barking and howls from deep in the woods. They don't make any attempt to conceal their presence. It should be easy enough to track them, though they're likely to find him as well as he gets closer, watching him from the shadows.
Mean typist debates with herself for a while before shrugging and taping on her ETA club card.
Celegorm doesn't like the strange silence of the animals in the woods. Because there is nothing, and that's never good. As he gets deeper in the woods and finds the pawprints, he shifts into a stalking crouch, following the tracks. It is easy. If he were sensible, he would be worried about this.
He is not, though. Sensible folk need not apply to this family.
Ooh, is that an elf we smell? It doesn't take long for one of the wolves to sniff him out and start following him, a couple others slowly joining in. There might be the sound of a low growl, but that's the only sign of their presence just yet.
He pauses and takes out the sword with a little hiss, turning slowly to watch the woods, listening. But not seeing anything, and only hearing the one growl, he continues following the tracks.

If he refuses, of course, she'll just go by herself, but there's an etiquette to these things.

"Er. High." Embarassedly, trying not to snarl, really, really hard. She can smell the power.
