During the long months of winter, Ilmarinen has kept busy (and warm) with work in his forge. He has finer tools, now, and he has gotten better at destroying any of the mistakes that have tried to run away or kill him. Sometimes, though, he simply can't tell when a work has gone rogue.
Therefore, laid out on a set of trestle tables is an assortment of metal objects. There are beautiful rings of gold and silver, each one set with a fine gem (a few of the earliest-made ones are cut poorly). There are also gauntlets beside them, and collars and crowns of fine, lacy metal; there are even a pair of swords.
Every single item will have an effect on the person who uses it, but what that effect might be is anyone's guess.
There is a piece of paper explaining that these items are free, but the handwriting is terrible, and the words are all Karelian.
