Wolfram sees the injured Eliza and hurries over to see if he can help her. "What happened to you?" He asks as he holds his hands over her stabbed shoulder. A glowing blue light emits from them and may help some with the pain and the bleeding but his healing powers are not up to full strength here.

Eliza closes her eyes and, almost imperceptibly, shakes her head -- she hasn't made a sound yet and is determined to keep it that way.

Typist: . . . I'm just going to pretend this comment didn't take three tries to post correctly. >.>

He frowns and makes a frustrated sound, not liking his magic to be so diminished. He tries again over other injuries he can see. "You'll be all right. There must be other healers around here. They're bound to be along soon," he speaks reassuringly.

Her breathing steadies a little as the pain lessens, and Eliza tries to turn her head, to see the face of the person helping her. The effort doesn't last long. Moving takes more strength than she has, and she shuts her eyes tightly to keep from crying. Tears would be disastrous.

"For the love of..." He rushes over and curses. "Least this one's still breathing for now. Nod if you can hear me, kid."

Eliza just barely manages a nod, drawing in a shuddering breath.

"Alright. I'm gonna go find Dr. Abernathy if I can." Very carefully, he shifts her into a more natural position and uses his tie for a makeshift bandage. "My name is Spade. If you need me, hand someone a note and they can find me. I'll be back p.d.q., though. Hang in there, kid."

Eliza bites down hard on her already bloodied lower lip as he moves her, but gives another weak nod.
