Wanted: A Man Named Hades

Paul enters the main room, looking around with a smirk. It should be noted that there's a gun in his belt, hidden by his coat, along with a variety of other concealed weapons. "I'm looking for a man named Hades."

Typist: Poor Paul has no idea that there's more than one. Have at him, Hadeses.

"A man? I suppose that narrows it down a bit. You are not looking for me, but you may be in search of one of my brothers. Or possibly my father."

"Oh? I didn't know there was more than one." Paul bows politely. "The one I'm looking for is a friend of a masked man named Felix. I don't suppose that helps?"

[also_ah]

"What do you want him for?"

[oilwithvinegar]

"Curiosity. I wish to know if he'll live up to the hype."

[book_jumper]

"I wouldn't, if I were you."

[oilwithvinegar]

"No? Might I ask why not?"

[book_jumper]

"They're -- not the nicest of people." And they all have a grudge against Thursday, but we're not mentioning that.

[oilwithvinegar]

"Neither am I. You know, you look remarkably like my new apprentice. I don't suppose you have a twin... brother?"

[riveroffire]

Conveniently enough, Phlegethon also has a gun in his belt that's hidden by his coat (which happens to contain a number of other more close-range weapons); in any case, he'll arch an eyebrow incredulously, perfectly aware that this probably isn't intended for him and not particularly caring. "Yes?"

"Hello." Paul looks him over appreciatively, then bows. "Prince Paul Marloffski, of Russia. Do you know a man named Felix?"

[riveroffire]

The most greeting he gives in return is a slight, polite nod, and he sounds amused more than anything as he speaks. "I've met him in passing, assuming you mean the man who assists my oldest brother Acheron. Why?"

"Acheron, yes. That's the name." Paul smirks. "He's spoken quite highly of your brother, and honestly I'm intrigued by the suggestion that there's a man more evil than myself. I've never met one."

[hellflowsover]

"I very much doubt you're alone in your search," he says, without concern.

[oilwithvinegar]

"I should be disappointed if I was. A man such as Hades is made out to be, I'm sure has more enemies even than I, though I am despised by all of Russia." He smirks and bows. "Prince Paul Marloffski. Are you Acheron?"

[hellflowsover]

"Ah, Russia," he says with a slight grin. "Had one of my plans gone through Russia would have loved me." He smiles slightly, looking Paul over and sizing him up. "Well, what would denying it get me?"

"I've made the acquaintance of a man named Felix. I think you know him? Short blond man, wears a mask."
