I think that idea could be...dangerous. While more organization does sound appealing to me, I imagine that it would be met with quite violent resistance by some people.

Change is generally met with resistance, unfortunately. It must be worked past.

It seems to me that humans are capable of equal amounts of destruction in chaos and order, so I don't quite understand the point.
