"I thought we already agreed ages ago that Alice was the leader here," he chuckles.

"I am not disputing that, citizen," he replies pleasantly. "I just think we need some -- well, some sort of order here."

"Do you think that'd even work? There's an awful lot of people here who'd fight over who would be in charge if you try to force something like that..." He sounds a bit worried by the idea.

"I was not intending to force anything. This is just a way to gauge the population's reaction."

"Perhaps you'd like to elaborate?"

[traitorforlove]

He raises an eyebrow. "I just think there should be some sort of order in this place. Preferably one where everyone has a say in how things get done."

Florian gives him a pleasant smile. "Two very laudable goals. The difficulty is managing both at once."

Alexis gives one back -- he's really enjoying having a purpose again. "I am well aware of that, having had to attempt the same myself. I'm certain it can be done, though."

"It may be a good idea but how can it be made sure to be fair to all?"

[traitorforlove]

"We are certainly going to take that into consideration." There's a grin -- Alexis is really enjoying having something to do. "This is just an opinion poll, for the moment. No concrete decisions have been made, citizen."

"I will be keeping an eye on this and informing my advisor."

[traitorforlove]

A nod. "You are welcome to, of course."

"... I suspect that if such a thing were to happen the outcome would be in favor of the humans in this place," he says, wryly.

[traitorforlove]

"Certainly not." A smile. "If this government should happen, we will take into account the needs of all the beings here."

[jareth]

He looks doubtful. "Do forgive my lack of faith, but not being human myself and being married to a vampire I have seen and heard many things that I fear would make it impossible. If such a thing could be guaranteed I would say that it is a worthwhile endeavor to pursue, but..." he trails off.

Any semblence of order would be most welcomed. Any attempt at imposing a government here though would be pure folly.

He quirks an eyebrow. "Folly, hm?"

There's no common ground. Everyone is from different worlds, times, and in some cases, species. If a general consensus could be formed about a government, it would most likely result in factions, in-fighting, and even more caos.
