The goblin king is restless - never a good thing for a faerie to be, for it can often yield mischief. However Jareth is in an exceptionally good mood as of late and as a result is feeling up to doing something useful as well as something that will satisfy an old habit that he's not yet outgrown

Jackrabbit was wandering though the mansion leisurely, humming a little lullaby, feeling pretty good.

His eyes brushed over a sign and he stopped dead. He took a moment to read it, jumped up and down, clapping and nearly squealing in delight.

He turned around, looking for this Jareth King.

Ah. That must be him.

"Hello? Are you Jareth??"

[jareth]

He smiles having observed Jackrabbit's reaction to the sign and nods.

"I am. You've an interest in my services?"

"Fasure I do. Mad Sweeney and I would like a child you see."

[jareth]

He nods again, this time in thought.

"Ah, I see... what are you both looking for in a child, and what life do you plan to make for it - can you offer a child a safe home and caring environment?"

[accursed_youth]

Oh, Claudia is interested in this. Louis has mentioned he would like to raise a child again, and naturally Claudia must comply somehow.

And so she approaches, curiously. "...Good evening."

[jareth]

"Good evening to you as well."

[accursed_youth]

A nod to the sign. "Your timing is rather remarkable, did you know?"

[jareth]

He tilts his head a little. "I wasn't aware of it, do tell me more...."

[abigqueen]

I'm afraid to even ask if this is serious. *does not look interested, we'll note-- he looks rather upset*

[jareth]

"It's terribly serious."

[abigqueen]

*carefully* What-- exactly-- do you do?

[jareth]

He pauses for a moment to think best how to phrase it.

"..... I remove children from unfortunate situations where they are unwanted and place them into the care of people that desire to have them... that shall give them a future they could never otherwise have."

Mosca frowns over it. Reallocation is a new one.

[jareth]

Having noticed her, Jareth smiles and nods politely in greeting.

"Hello."

[mosca_mye]

Her eyes slide in his direction. "Hullo."

Pammy has spotted his crystals and now approaches, enraptured.
