Under the Tree

With some help from both powerful and magical contacts, Murata has managed to get together a present for every person in the community and they are all now under the decorated Christmas tree he put up earlier along with help from some of the people in the community

Luneta finds her gift and laughs with delight. It's a warm, soft travelling cloak that fits her perfectly and keeps her cozy.

Murata is sitting on the sidelines, observing, and he smiles when he hears her happy laugh.

"Santa Claus?"

Typist: Can it be anything the character (or typist) wants? Or is there a limit of some kind?

Typist: Apart from the 'fits into a shoebox' size then it can pretty much be anything. And it can be bigger, as said, if you like. It's kind of 'anything goes' - just for fun. So if there's something in particular they're after then they might get it. Individual typist's decision there.

*in which case, Bob opens his box to find a new stash of D* *runs a hand through his hair and mutters* Shit -- Merry Christmas to me.

Typist: ... *pats Bob* *and snugs Murata :D*

Draco frowns suspiciously at the man.

Well, Hawkeye's not used to getting presents on Christamas. Or Christmas Ever, whatever. Not to mention he can't read, so even if he was used to it, he wouldn't be able to find his own.

So, he's just staring confusedly at the pile of presents.

Nearby, Ken smiles in his direction. "Something wrong...?" He asks helpfully.

Hawkeye makes a vague gesture in the pile-o-present's direction.

"What's all this?"

[ken_murata]

"Presents! For Christmas!" He beams, then recalling what he'd said before when they'd met with the tree and thinking there may be confusion, Murata stands and goes toward the heap of gifts. "Hold on a second...," he crouches down, looking at the cards and finally holds one up, grinning. "Here you go! It's for you!"

I scanned over the massive heap of gifts - gifts! gifts! gifts! looking for a gift shaped long and thin, maybe holding the holy grail of Christmas gifts - an official Red Ryder carbine action two hundred-shot range model air rifle with a compass in the stock and this thing which tells time.

Murata watches Ralphie curiously.

I went on my hands and knees, brows furrowed with concentration, looking, looking - No, not there. I crawled on my hands and knees, circling the tree, looking hard. It had to be there - it had to.

There's plenty of gifts and if he keeps on looking he's bound to find what he's looking for - and with his name specifically on the card.

Noticing the tree, he finds his present and is inordinately pleased with his new mitt.

Murata smiles nearby, seeing Yuuri but he remains out of the way so they can talk in the other thread.
