Hello out there! I have been incubating all kinds of thoughts and plans the last few weeks and seem to have found a good wave to surf on toward completing all those goals. It's kind of awesome, though it doesn't seem to have improved my metaphor-fu. Oh, well.

Oh I so wish I could come and visit you for ComicCon sometime. Though my good friends who work at Think Geek are getting sicker and sicker of ComicCon every year.

My 12 year old and his friend say you are a good bus driver and I agree. :)

It strikes me to wonder whether you ever mailed out the things from the walk a while back? :)

I am also adoring the pacing on Elementary. At first I was very suspicious because Watson was playing everything so close to the chest. But now she is letting out her emotions more and I approve. I feel very tender toward JLM!Holmes. He is pretty awesome. Did you get to see the double Sherlock Frankenstein? It was fantastic.

SPN totally OWNED ME with those three eps, there. So rockin!

It would have been even more fun with you there! I had to go look up Think Geek and got a little sidetracked over there. Now I know where to go for DW stuff. Though this more or less won my heart most. How do they come up with this stuff?

ComicCon for product suppliers must be a hellish nightmare--there's so very much being sold at every booth. The Portland one is small compared to, say, San Diego, but still just a smorgasbord of goodies.

Double Sherlock Frankenstein? Is that the play with BC? I'd see it in a heartbeat since I'm so interested in Frankenstein's many incarnations, and hell, adding BC into the mix pretty much guarantees awesomeness.

Glad to hear that you're on track with your goals. *crosses fingers that you'll keep up the good work*

I'm being a bit lazy myself, which is why it's good to find inspirations from others on my flist doing better :D

Thank you! *hugs* You know, I have always gotten the most inspiration from my flist. I am naturally lazy, but I find surrounding yourself with people who do things is the best way to get inspired.

A) It's so nice to see you post: I've been on a LJ hiatus myself, without any actual reason actually, so I might have just missed your posts but... yeah.

B) It's nice to see other people reliving SPN renessaince as well, I share your sentiments 100%

C) I am so jelly for your having ComicCon in your city... I'm too broke to travel/ ever get to one, so...

Hey! Sometimes a break from social media is therapeutic. And sometimes I feel like there's just not much to say at the moment. But whatever, you should post an update sometime on what's new with you!

ComicCon is just geek heaven. Sometimes I feel like a lot of the vendors haven't quite cottoned on to the fact that at least half the attendees are women, but a lot of them have, which makes up for it. And lately I've discovered the joy of cosplay--will post pics of my eleventh Doctor costume. Hope you get a chance to get to something like that in your city someday. :)
