A week after the first day of spring, and we are getting a LOT of snow. So much so that I went to let my dog out and the snow blocked the door and I had to go to the other side of the door and dig out all the snow. I am feeling calm and even excited for the first time in a long while. I am starting to talk to my RL friends again, after feeling like avoiding pretty much everyone for almost a month because I didn't really want to burden them with my crap. Just looked at the weather today...high of 68 tommorow! Then 50s all this week, and high 40s all next week. It is very strange for Missouri this time of year. It doesn't usually get this warm until end of march, beginning of april. but my mom has been talking all winter that this spring she'll plant a veggie garden. maybe she'll get a good start ( Read more... )

Merry Christmas everyone!

I just got back from my aunt and uncle's christmas party, it was lovely as usual. Oh man, they can cook their asses off! I wish I could have taken home some rhubarb and pecan pie....YUM! :D
