Mine refuses to focus on my sherds and instead keeps trying to figure out which book this and that scene were in. Which I just don't know, and my books ate at home where they belong, so can it please stop it already? *flails*
No, no, it's Aubreyad. Nothing else ever makes me wonder.
So. Ahem. You wouldn't happen to know when Harte notices Jack is cuckolding him? I think he knew (or suspected) right from the start, but I'm not sure. And there's a scene somewhere when Stephen and Diana go to some kind of *vague hand gesture* party-ish gathering, and people wonder how that ugly little man got a beautiful woman like that to go out with him.
I should probably just cave and start reading Aubreyad again.
Work-related thoughts > non-work-related thoughts. Or at least that's what I wanted and failed at.
Btw, you should go and participate in the Aubreyad Song Fic Meme at perfect_duet! I think so far we don't even have anything with slash in it, so it's safe!
I think it's mostly having some time when I'm actually awake and in the mood instead of exhausted and thinking about half a dozen non-fandom related things at the same time that helps me write fic...

Nothing in particular. Poking at livejournal. Thinking about dancing. Thinking about my trip to Oslo. Just not getting any work done :)
