I am already started saving more since I know that I am picking up the bill when we go to Rosco's Chicken & Waffles in Philly.

I got a feeling that I am gonna have to pawn my MP3 player just to get a plane ticket home after I pick up the bill...

As for your lady situation, tell her. At this point I dont think it matters that shes with someone else. And believe me, I know better than anyone that its easier said than done. But there are some things that need to be done. Especially when your personal well-being is on the line.

I think I fucked things over with my lady friend :(

Man, that is weird.i just start thinking of random shit whenever I start listening to music.And then, I just start feeling bad all of a sudden...

This comment is probably comming late, but you know what things have a very odd way of working out.
I don't know, nor can I say it will work out for the best, but things usually find a way to work out in a matter to where you can still function normally in life.
Things are rough right now but it won't be forever, stick it out, i think one day it will come together to where you can feel comfortable in telling her how you feel.
