Ooo I really liked this! I don't even know much about Smallville but I like how you pointed out the similarities between them. And I really like this line: Her skin is rough for reasons like his own; army and orders and strict guidelines to living life carve marks into soft tissue without the merit of healing properly. It felt kind of choppy but it was still beautifully written. ♥

Oh, this is fabulous. I love how you paint Lois and Jasper. The brokenness is palpable, and yet the story is not entirely dark or despairing. Great job!
