Happens to some of us more often than it does to others! I'm one of those absent-minded people who spends hours looking for my stuff. Keys, pens, ID card... I must have spent a huge number of hours looking for them in my lifetime so for and back when I was living with my parents, my forgetfulness would tick off my dad mightily. Each frantic search of mine would be embellished with his caustic observations about all my habits, my lack of discipline, the need to put each thing in it's designated place and nowhere else.. I agreed with him wholeheartedly, but I just wished he'd stop the sermon
( ... )
IF we could all remember, the world would be a different place....my phone is charging in one place, my camera batteries in another.. after I put down the house keys, my maid (probably the same one who got fired from Mukesh's home after the blown-away trousers incident) has dusted and swept the keys under the table....or, I just plain FORGET!
At least I'm not as bad as my mother, who used to leave her glasses everywhere. We once found them in a stainless steel dabba along with a packet of chips, and another time, behind the water closet cistern...
Wow.. your mom must be a big fan of chips! In my case, my cause was a lost one right from the word go as both my parents were/are always careful about putting things away and I didn't even have anybody to do finger-pointing at! I was the rotten apple in the basket, the black sheep, the guy who just could not even do simple things like putting keys where they belonged.. Ah.. childhood memories.. the best of memories.. the worst of memories!
I hate to think of a child being the "rotten apple"..makes me feel really sad. All of us are careless sometimes, and some of us are more absent-minded than others...

Vehicle elevator. He has some three floors of car parking from what I read. Instead of ramps they will have vehicle lifts to take them up.
