I kind of am (busy and tired) but not in a bad way. I've been running myself sort of ragged, and sick recently (though I'm better now). Nothing overly bad has happened, just life stringing me up by the toes, you know? Thanks for worrying, though. I'll try to make better updates later.
I have kept my flist really short for the past couple of years, and I find that there are still people and communities' posts that I regularly skip over. I've never been a friend "collector" on LJ, but I'm eventually going to be putting up posts that three other people read! Still, I think it's better to cut back when you feel this way. Blogging should be fun, as should reading other people's posts. If it's not, then it silly to be filling up our time with it, right?
I can definitely understand that. I'm sure I'll skip posts from time to time, now, too, but now I have the option to read everything if I want to without killing myself in the process. XD It's not that I've been a collector so much as... I don't usually think to bother cleaning it out. Just like everything else in my life. ^^
Hurrah! Winter cleaning! This is why I only have one or two communities on my friends list, it's so much easier to contain updates and you don't get confused about which community you're viewing.
And of course, I'm always happy you keep me on your list ^.^
<3 Well I am guilty of being a packrat in many aspects of mylife. Even though I went and cleaned house here on LJ? I'm still a MEMBER of all those communities. They just don't appear on my feed anymore. *lol*
