Point, Set, Match

I need to start exercising more. This week I started back on the exercise and healthy eating regimen. Let's see if it works, right? Low fat instant breakfast drink, rice & veggies (and sometimes some meat) for lunch, sensible dinner. That's funny! Just last night, the boy told me that after my MONTHS of begging, he's ready for us to start playing racquetball!

Another thing - if you have a group of friends - 6 to 8 - wallyball is a TON of fun, and GREAT cardio! Around here, it's about 15 dollars for an hour of play.

Good luck finding things! Now, if only someone would invent a way to watch TV, sleep, and get in some cardio all at the same time!!!

Hey, cool! Are you trying to lose weight, or just getting healthy for the sake of getting healthy? Either way, I think it's a great idea! Good luck. I'll try to keep you motivated. Some of my LJ buddies and I are trying to motivate each other to lose weight. I've lose 21 lbs at last count, so here's counting :)
