Pop in a Box!

Oh, this was dangerous. I just discovered Pop in a Box! - a Funko Pop subscription service. You add your current Pops to your account, go through the list and thumbs up or down the Pops, and then once a month you get a mystery Pop delivered to your door, based on your likes and dislikes. And since you've added your Pops to your account, you'll ( Read more... )

At first I was like "oh thank goodness that's in the UK and not here" then I clicked the link and it says "Free shipping worldwide" and I'm like "well...shit"

And when it's only $10...it feels like such a good deal...I can't justify the roll of the dice that is Loot Crate when you might end up with a pile of stuff you don't want and one cool Pop...

Maybe I'll sign up later and treat myself! Not now though, gotta recover from my vacation spending LOL! But maybe in October hehe.

EDIT: okay, well, I setup an account on the US site...didn't subscribe yet but I'm having fun entering my collection...this is a very dangerous site...which is why I immediately told everyone I know about it LOL

I know, I've always been tempted by Loot Crate, but without the option to specify stuff you don't want or aren't interested in, it is definitely a roll of the dice. Whereas with this, you can absolutely be certain you'll only get Pops you've given the thumbs up to.

I didn't realise they had a US site too. Oops!

I've been debating on this since I found out that there's a monthly funko pop subscription. I love funko pops! But then I'm also like, do I need a ton of pops? lol.

Technically, you don't need any Pops at all, so a ton of Pops is merely a question of scale, not necessity.

You're right. We only want the Pops, but then we have to ask ourselves if we have room for them?! lol!
