Agent Carter, and Castle, and Galavant...?

I can live without Castle, although I'll miss Nathan Fillion on my screen, and I was only watching Galavant for Timothy Omundson and his magnificent hair and beard. But Peggy? No more Peggy?

*weeps*

I'm not surprised by Castle, considering the BTS drama that emerged recently and the whole thing with Stana being fired and everything, a final season without Beckett wouldn't have gone over well. And with Galavant, well, I think even they were surprised that it gone on as long as it did (since they had a meta song about that in the finale, lol). I'll miss the songs and the fun wacky ridiculousness, though.

However, I'm definitely sad about Agent Carter. I know that Hayley Atwell has a new show, but I really wanted a third season, dammit.

I'm quite relieved about Castle in some ways, because I wouldn't have wanted the show to go on without Stana - so since they fired her the only thing I wanted was for the show to get canned. But I'm still sad about it all - Castle was one of those rare shows that I enjoyed but didn't get all fannish over!

Wait, Agent Carter? I never got around to watching that, but it seemed fairly popular. Although it might've had more of a cult following than anything else. It's a shame, though.

Castle I can understand, honestly. Not even the people still watching seemed to really like it anymore. (I gave up on it ages ago.)

I'd hoped that being part of the Marvel-verse would be enough to save it, but nope. So sad.

I don't care about the other two myself (I watched Agent Carter but wasn't a big fan), but I'm super sad about Galavant. I hadn't been super into it in season 1, but I feel like it really came into its own in season 2 as much more witty and sharp and fun. And yes, Timothy Oldmundson was awesome, I can't believe that is the same guy who played Caine on SPN!

(I also only just heard the news, months later, that Manhattan on WGN was canceled, which is even note upsetting...it was such a fine historical drama. :( )

Was that the one about the Manhattan Project? Or am I thinking of something else?

Yep! It had such a great cast and such good drama and period feeling. *sigh*

So bummed about Agent Carter and Galavant. Not surprised, mind you, but definitely bummed.

Yeah, I could see which way the wind was blowing, but I'd hoped still.

But at least we know Tad Cooper became a dragon, right?
