We went outside and it was cloudy enough that you could see the moon across the sun without it being too bright. It never got THAT dark though - slightly underwhelming!

We had all the clever stuff set up in one of the labs to look at it. But in the end it was cloudy so we just looked out of the window. It did get dark and cold though.
