Zappos ships stuff so fast, it is just amazing. We came up with idea that they just send you all the inventory all the time and just cancel it before it hits your home, so the mail carrier returns it back. Thus if you make a purchase then your shoes are on the way already and all they have to do is not canceling it.

definitely no! they send everything to everyone. there's a lot of shoes in this world!

там очень легко вернуть, они сразу присылают стикер со штрихкодом, который почта принимает как доказательство оплаты, и это не обычная почта, а частная, так что там ни очередей, ничего. Да просто можно на улице увидеть их машину и им отдать. Очень удобно.
