Well, I finally did it. Six years into motherhood, and I literally threw a shoe at one of my kids today. This cracked me up the other day: my 3-year-old corrected my 5-year-old on the lyrics to Smash Mouth's "All Star" while they were singing accapella the other day. That little guy was damn determined that if they were going to sing the song, they were going to sing the correct words. It's one thing for folks to tell you that motorcycles get great gas mileage, and completely another to actually experience it yourself. I filled up my bike yesterday with just over 2 gallons of gas after having gone 100+ miles since my last fill up. After doing the math, I'm getting 54 miles per gallon!
