Went to see Up with Dr. Just-Friends.

My message of the day? Go see Up. Everybody. I'm serious. If you don't enjoy this movie, you may very well not be in posession of a soul.

I just...I'm having a hard time coming up with a way to accurately get across just how good this movie was without going into detail ( Read more... )

It's an interesting message for me to be gravitating to at this point in my life, I'll say that for sure.

It's still a cute, great and fun movie though. I think you'd enjoy it regardless. You liked Wall-E, right? ;)

Oh, I loved Wall-e, but the message there was more along the lines of "Humans are lazy and wasteful, so let's stop destroying the environment", which I totally agree with. Up just...might hit a little too close to home, y'know? My inability to live for the moment and appreciate rather than mourn the good things I've had is one of my greatest flaws *is a petulant, fickle youngest child*. I'll probably still enjoy the film, though, because it's Pixar.
