I want to talk to the people that sold that shield, or at least keep track of what Steve does. It may not actually do anything but if they do not give Steve another shield I want to contact Oren and let them know one of their vendors is lying.

Oh, most definitely. Maybe they didn't quite understand what he was using it for, but it raises my alarm bells a bit. Making a sale is not worth flat-out lying to a customer.

Ummm, actually for a lot of vendors it is. Especially if they are just boothies hired for the weekend or something and not the actual owner.

But still, let them know that we know they lied and make sure to note to the Rennies next year when you guys go to O-Ren not to buy from that booth.

Seriously though, yeah - it's pretty much up to Steve now, but I hope the other Guildies are sure to steer each other away from that vendor now on.
