Well, my day's been going pretty swell so far. Barring the fact that I'm starving because I haven't eaten anything, but that's really nothing in the grand scheme of things, methinks

Battlestar tonight is the midseason finale, but I just learned scifi.com is streaming the ENTIRE episode at the top of every hour from 9am-4pm. If you have time now, lol.
Happy Birthday! You're 21 like me! The only other fondue I know of is the meat fondue where the pot is full of hot oil where you cook it. I've never made it myself though. But fondue is essentially cheese-based otherwise.
Heh, that is a lot of sweet stuff! Maybe some white wine or beer, for those who want less sweet? Blue Moon and it's summer ale Honey Moon are my personal favs. AKA I don't know any other brands really. But it's good.
Mike's is good. So is Smirnoff. I'm a bigger fan of hard lime than I am of hard lemonade, and you have to try Smirnoff mojitos. (Actually, fresh mint is a little pricey, but if you can swing fresh mojitos? Do that, too.)
Beer: Red Stripe is a good, relatively cheap import. So are Corona, Heineken, and Rolling Rock. (That last one is imported all the way from Texas, but it's 6%, so here, at least, it's classified as an import.)
Wine: I love red, but it takes a little getting used to. If you decide to go with wine, I have yet to meet one single person who does not like Reisling. Anything white or pinky-rose in color is also very good to people who don't drink wine often. White wines are very light, without the bite of reds, and rose or blush wines are downright sweet.
Mixed: On the Border margarita mix with Jose Cuervo tequila mixed in. It takes about twelve hours of forethought, because you have to freeze it, but it's spectacular.
cheese totally won't kill me :P it just gives me headaches. have some salty snack foods (like potato chips) to balance out the dairy filled goodness (aren't i the health nut? speasking of which, nuts sound tasty. cashews?) and i'll be just fine. i'll even take some tylenol before dinner :)
With quality tequila, THIS margarita recipe is AMAZING. Sweet, very difficult to taste the alcohol, and an amazing "drunk to drinks taken" ratio. Only trick is getting nice tequila.
