Claws/Elec Brute

This is my first swing at a Claws/Elec Brute, trying to walk the fine line of building for +Defense (mostly Melee) and +Recharge. I was thinking about taking Cardiac alpha, mainly for the +Resist, but getting the +End Redux would be a nice bonus since it should keep me from needing to hit Power Sink (and losing dps) in most situations.
