Re Kara... there's a scene in the finale, I won't tell you which one, but when she looked at it, B (only on her fourth ep) turned to me and said, "Am I supposed to not like her? Because I don't." Suffice it to say that the self-destructiveness of Kara and Lee is not quite done yet! (If you don't recognise the scene, I'll tell you once you've stopped screaming at the ending)
And as for Billy... look, I didn't speak of him with my new name for him, Poor Dead Billy, what do you want from me???!!!
I can almost (I say almost) understand where Kara is coming from. I'm not entirely sure about Lee, but I can only assume that either 1) No one told him Kara shot him or 2) Kara really didn't visit him. At all.
As for Dee...oh, I shouted at the beginning of the next episode. I mean, is Billy even cold? Grr.
