On the hitman_reborn spoiler post for chapter 312 it was pointed out that Lambo looks like the lovechild of Genkishi and TYL Hibari and it made me think "THAT WOULD BE A GREAT 90S AMERICAN SITCOM" (this is what I grew up on, I can't help it). The odd couple thrown together by a child! They learn and grow together -- even into love? -- in a series of hilarious

There's a laugh track, but it only sounds when Genkishi is alone in the room. He wouldn't necessarily be doing anything funny; sometimes it goes off when all he did was move, or even if he's standing still.

The laugh track is in Byakuran's voice.

I just wanted to tell you that this made me laugh so hard that I started coughing and had to go get a glass of water, only I couldn't drink said water for at least another full minute because I was still laughing.

That's right, Genkishi. He's watching you. Always.
