One Week of Food

I decided that for the next week (ending on Thursday), I'm going to record everything I eat because I'm convinced I have a beyond terrible diet that needs improvement. In writing it all down, I'm hoping I'll have the motivation to change a few things after seeing all that I've eaten in that week, because I usually can't even remember what I ate ( Read more... )

eat what you want.

when you're 50 like my parents freaking out because one twix bar left my mom bloated for the rest of the night and my dad has to take anti-heartburn/stomach-settling pills before bed cuz he ate a banana then you'll hate yourself for not being all ~O HAY IM SKINNY, LETS EAT SOME FRIES~ all through your youngin' years.

LOL I know. But I've already had like, 20 years of that. =\ And it's not like I won't still go to McDonalds like the crap food eater I am ever so often. I just don't wanna OVER DO IT. And I am, atm. I wanna feel like I can climb a mountain, damnit! DON'T HOLD ME BACK! I can't climb a mountain when I'm 50! =(

save the healthy pep YAY! for your late 20s when your body starts going to crap and you're curled up in a ball because you had a slice of pizza and now you're burping pepperoni for the rest of the day.

if it ever does do that.

we both know someone who eats a whole pizza, a bucket of KFC, a carton of ice cream, a taco and is talking about food 2 seconds later.

as long as you're not that bad yet, i think you are saaaaaaaafe.
