One Week of Food

I decided that for the next week (ending on Thursday), I'm going to record everything I eat because I'm convinced I have a beyond terrible diet that needs improvement. In writing it all down, I'm hoping I'll have the motivation to change a few things after seeing all that I've eaten in that week, because I usually can't even remember what I ate yesterday. LOL

I'm not over-weight or anything, but just because I happen to have a fast metabolism doesn't mean eating endless amounts of junk every day is okay or healthy for anybody. I don't really care about losing a few pounds, I just want to feel healthier physically and like I'm not poisoning my body. It's fine to eat junk every once in awhile, but I eat it more than a few times a day. >_>;;

So yeah, I'll post my big list of terrible food I've eaten after 7 days and you can all tell me to stop eating Hot Pockets. =)

Btw, FINALLY on season 2 of Dexter! So far I've only watched the first 2 episodes of the 2nd season, so I don't have a huge opinion of it yet.
I really like Rita this season, though. I kind of disliked her when she was first introduced in the beginning, but I like where her character is going.
