North Carolina's proposed sea level measurement policy
I have a headache and I don't know whether I'm interpreting this correctly or not but...
Is "GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA. SESSION 2011. H. D. HOUSE BILL 819" a real proposal? I don't think the bill is a bad idea per se - it will regulate how the rising sea-level is measured, for insurance purposes (I think) - but I do not agree with this ( Read more... ) -
