Have you ever tried centering prayer? It's a spiritual exercise where you utilize a simple phrase and your breath to listen and pray. What you do is breathe very deeply (like a singing breath--into your belly) and on the inhale think or say a phrase such as "breathe in God's peace" and then on your controlled exhale think/say something like "release all worry" or whatever variation fits what you are hoping for. This is both spiritually and mentally effective because it is prayer which can be comforting and connecting, but the deep breathing also works with your central nervous system to signal your brain and thoughts to slow down and stop releasing stress hormones.
I know the loss of your fertility has been a surprising part of this. I wonder if writing down some of the feelings associated with this might help you to sort through a little what exactly you need to grieve.
*e-hugs* Let me know if there's anything else I can do.
