Richard Castle How I Feel about him. I like Castle. I find his enthusiasm to be quite adorable, like you might an overgrown puppy. In the real world, I'm pretty certain he would make me want to strangle him a half a dozen times a day, but in TV land, I enjoy him.
Who I ship him with Generally I'm a great bit multi-shipper, but not in this case. Castle clearly belongs with Beckett. I just hope they don't get there too quickly, because their not-really-a-relationship is a lot more fun than a real relationship would be.
My non-romantic OTP for him This one is kind of hard, because most of his really strong connections outside of Beckett are family. Castle knows lots of people, and lots of people would call him friend, but I'm not really sure how many people know Castle. I'd say Beckett for this one too, if I didn't find the eventual romance to be so inevitable. At this point, I think he's kind of stuck with Ryan and Esposito. They may not know him like his family, or like Beckett, but they'd do just about anything for him.

Hermione Granger How I feel about her I identify with Hermione. More than one of my friends thought I was pretty bossy and stubborn in school. I was smart, and not the prettiest, so I identify with her kind of a lot. I also don't always like her. The big downfall for the trio in general is arrogance, and while hers is maybe a little less apparent, she's definitely got it. She can also be quite judgmental (not as judgmental as Ron, but pretty judgmental anyway). So, I guess I like her role in the books, because I can see myself in it, but I'm not sure I would want to be friends with her or anything.
Who I ship with Hermione Hermione/Ron was pretty much a flashing neon sign from very early on. I've never understood how there was anyone who didn't see that coming. I've also been known to ship the Harry/Hermione/Ron, but never Hermione & Harry on their own. And I kind of liked the idea of Hermione/Viktor.
I should warn that pretty much all of these answers are heavily influenced by the 5th Season, so if you haven't gotten that far, it might not always make sense, and could spoil you a bit.
How I feel about CasIn the beginning, I pretty much thought that Cas was just a little bit of nice eye candy, but the longer he was on the show the more I liked him. I find him interesting in the religious context of the show (which strikes me as a religious world-view a lapsed Catholic who had perhaps read a lot of Anne Rice & really wanted demons walking around the earth would come up with. I can't speak to their reading habits, but the demons are of course a given), because he's honestly not a very good angel. Not because he doesn't blindly do what the meanest and nastiest archangels I've seen on screen since Constantine want him to do, but because his doubt extends beyond them. He doubts God. At the same time, from very early on he places an enormous amount of faith in Dean. Not knowing where you are in the series, I don't want to say

Morgan, Reid & Garcia are the only Criminal Minds characters I have icons for, so here is my favorite Garcia icon.
Aaron Hotchner How I feel about Hotch He's the most underutilized character on this show, and I don't understand it. The actor is excellent, and the moments that they really choose to let Hotch be human are spectacular. Sadly, they're also rare. Part of that is clearly by design. He's supposed to be closed off, very self-contained, and maybe a bit aloof. Too often, it looks more like he's cold and completely unfeeling. Ultimately, I like him. He does what he has to do to get through the days. He's a good man, and does his best to be a good father.
Who I ship with Hotch Nobody. Not that I don't want him to be happy, I do, I just don't see a relationship there. If I'd actually in any way liked Emily Prentiss, I might have shipped them, because despite the age difference and balance-of-power issues, they did have chemistry from time to time.
My non-romantic OTP for HotchAgain, I really don't have one. At least, not since
