where did you get the yummy cheese? I took it to friends' house last night and they loved it. I explained that it's seasonal.....

Oh it's from Whole Foods...they've only got a small bit left as far as I can tell. It's their cave-aged seasonal cheese, made just for whole foods -- it can be found just next to the case where they keep all the blue cheese.

yeah, but one batch would really last a long time. It's mostly just a huge ingredient list that requires cooking and blending. Not much different than a lot of my soups :)
