Writer's Block: Happy Earth Day - I still have time to kill!
There are lots of things I do that I dont think about. I have never run the water while brushing my teeth. We only do full loads of laundry. I dont leave the water running while I do the dishes. Currently we use less water flushing the toilet because unless it starts to get gross or someone poops, it doesnt get flushed. But that will happen ( Read more... ) -
Flyers, etc
So the first period of the game went well. They were playing great defensively. They scored quickly. They were really owning the ice. They ended the first period with about a minute and a half left of a power play. They quickly scored in the second period. And then they fell apart. It was like they wanted the Caps to win. The Flyers lost on Saturday. Boo. :-(
But that means I get to go to the game tonight!!! HORAY! (hence I am awake so damned early... boo)
I would really like to see them stomp on the Caps tonight.... with lots of fighting. it is more fun that way!!!
Now I just have to get through this long day of work... -

Sorry Sam. But that was an amazing game!! :-) (Although I did feel that both teams had a lot of issues)

So Jim has gotten me to love hockey. I have definitely joined the cult following for hockey, lol.
Anyway, the Flyers game last night = AWESOME. I was pretty worried there for a minute when the Caps scored right after us. But the next 2 goals were pretty amazing. I wish we could have been at the game, Im sure it was nuts.

The past couple of days have been fantastic. Tuesday we (me and Jim) went out to dinner in the city with Jaq. We went to this little Italian restaurant that Jaq knew of. The food was so delicious. Awakenings
I dont know if anyone else has ever seen it or not. Or even why someone was watching it in my neighborhood. But I was able to watch almost all of Awakenings with Robin Williams and Robert Deniro. That was such a great movie. If anyone is looking for a good movie to watch but dont know what - I highly recommend this one. My favorite line has ( Read more... ) -
