(2nd runner up choice would have been JOEY RAMONE.)

This is almost as good as naming the Suikoden 3 castle 'Hooters', but not quite.

I should've named my guy Roast Beef again, now that I think about it.

Actually, we had a bet going that you would.

I ended up going with my first thought, which was to name him after the guy I took my LJ from, Dosetsu Inuyama.

I'm not sure they gave you enough space for "Roast Beef" with the words separate. Or his last name, "Kazenzakis," for that matter.
